I hope everyone is having a good year so far.

I have good news! I've reworked the Show Stage pin. It may not look like it but I simplified some of the smaller details and we get to keep the stained glass effect too. My manufacturer was able to make the price reasonable, which is excellent since I'm paying for that pin out of my pocket. :D 

It took a little longer for my manufacturer to get back to me due to Chinese New Year. But now that they are back, I'll be able to order them and get production started finally! I'll be getting them back in early April and will ship them out ASAP.

I really want to thank you all for your patience again, you're all the best. Do you think we'll get the pins before the DLC launches?? XD

Order Delays and Other Updates

Happy New Year friends!

I hope everyone is well and had a great holiday season.

I wanted to update everyone to let y'all know there have been some delays in ordering the pins. I got a respiratory virus after Kumoricon in November and then got COVID during December. Thankfully, I have recovered from both, but it put me so far behind in everything.

I'm still working on getting the Show Stage Mega pin to a reasonable price to order to make this still work. This means redrawing some elements, reducing color counts and screen printing. I will know by the first week of February if it is going to work and then I can move forward with ordering the pins. So we're looking at a timeline of them shipping closer to April.

I'm sorry for the delays everyone. This has definitely been a learning experience for me to figure out larger/more detailed pins and their prices BEFORE I launch the project. Most of the pins I've done have had details but nothing on the scale of the Show Stage.

I've also received a couple of messages about additional shipping charges added by BackerKit, giving some folks extra balances due than they already paid. If this happens to you please let me know so I can investigate it, so you aren't charged too much for shipping. Usually this is happening when someone gets add ons and BackerKit adds shipping for those. Most times the shipping folks paid originally will cover it and I can adjust the order so there isn't an extra charge, but if there are too many added items, the weight will increase and there will be added shipping to compensate. I hope that makes sense for folks.

I think those are the only 2 updates I have for now.

Surveys Sent and A Bit of a Hiccup

First the good news!

Surveys have finally been sent folks! You should have received an email from BackerKit today to send your responses in.

Now for the not so good news.

I received the quote from the pin manufacturer and it is REALLY expensive. Like, we were able to raise almost $2k with this campaign and that wouldn't even cover the mega show stage pin at this point.

I'm trying to work with them to see if we can bring the price of the mega pin down, which means we'll probably have to remove the stained glass feature.

If they can't bring down the price, what does that mean?

Well, I'll still get the rest of the pins made, but I won't be able to do the mega pin. Don't worry, I would refund the amount for those that pledged for the mega pin.

I'm hoping it doesn't come to that but I will keep you all posted.

Surveys ARE Coming and Lanyard Design Complete

I want to thank you all for your patience. I've been attempting to access my BackerKit account and its giving me some issues. I'm hoping to get an answer on how to get back in on Monday, if I'm not able I will just make surveys for you folks via Kickstarter instead so we can start this party!

In happier news!

The Kickstarter funds have been released to me and I'll be ordering the pins next week! They take some time to make, but we have that built into our timeline. I'm excited to see how the Show Stage Pin comes out. I'll be sure to share any pics the manufacturer sends my way.

Also, this is the design for the lanyard! I've also got a second sticker sheet to choose from if you added one to your pledge.

We're funded! What's next?

Thanks so much to every one of you! 

I couldn't have done this without you and can't wait to get these pins in all of our hands.

A few of you said that this is your first time backing a Kickstarter, which is so cool, but you're probably wondering what happens next? Here it is!

~~~Next Steps~~~

 * Payment Corrections *

There were only a handful of folks' payments that didn't go through. If that's you, please update your payment information so that I can get you the sweet sweet pins you pledged for. If they aren't updated in a week Kickstarter will drop the pledge and no pins for you.

*Surveys Going Out Next Couple Weeks *

I am still putting the finishing touches on the surveys, this gives me time to get everything mocked up, for backers to update their payments and I can do what the call a smoke test via Backerkit. Which is sending out a small percentage of surveys out as a test to make sure everything is correct and working.

I'll put out another update when they are being sent out.

* Pins and Other Item Productions *

• Funds are released by Kickstarter in a couple of weeks, then I'll be able to pay the manufacturer and they'll get the mock ups and then the molds made. 
• I'll be posting any photos of mock ups, molds or samples here in updates as I receive them for all merch and pins.
• The lanyard design is being finalized, I'll update you all when I finish it and will be an add on if folks want one that didn't get to add during the campaign.
• The stickers will be ordered once surveys are complete.

Another add on I just got today! They'll be $10 or 2 for $15.
